Happy New Year everyone! 2018 went by too quickly and too slowly at once. I cannot believe all the things that happened during that year throughout the world. And yet, for me, personally 2018 was quite slow.
It’s really funny. Ever since I moved to London, there has been a change in my style, the blogs I read and the people I follow on social media. Previously I seemed to follow everyone, had no real idea what I needed in terms of clothing and thus had the weirdest assortment of clothes.
I noted that I have been shopping a lot, in order to build up a business wardrobe. In that process, I made two massive COS orders.
I’ve been gone a while. Like a long while. And so much has happened in the meantime. So this is my sort of explanation/story time/what’s going to happen next.
This post is a day late because I got the flu in the middle of summer, like a dumb ass! Anyways, last week I promised I’d tell you guys how I found my everyday makeup through travelling.
I’ve recently been on several overnight trips for interviews and such, which have meant that I had to pack a carry-on in a sensible way. After a particularly stressful three-day trip, I think I have it down (at least for myself).
Helloooo everyone. Today’s post is a bit late and not about much.
Around my birthday I went on a bit of a beauty splurge, since I had finished a couple of things and also wanted to try out some new things. In total there are three things, two replacements for finished products and one totally new one, that I’d been dying to try.
I only recently discovered that I really enjoy wearing matte eyeshadow. I know right? And you know how I found out? I hit pan on my cheap-as-chips alverde quattro palette. Clearly, I am not the sharpest tool in the shed.
The fantastic Hanna from Foxycheeks recently posted a fantastic overview of Glossier. Inspired by this, and because I just finished one of the products, here is my review of the Glossier Phase 1 set.
